Caesar Salad



                                             

This is what I usually had for lunch since I started on diet. After gaining 50 lbs on my last pregnancy, everything has changed since I started eating caesar salad as my lunch. At first, it was very hard to not eat any rice for 2 weeks. Rice is what I grow-up with. I eat rice almost every meal. But for me to loss weight fast, I started to eat salad. I love only caesar salad and no more else. That's my favorite dressing. I add either healthy chicken pop-corn or bologna on it. After two weeks of just eating salad, I lost 10 lbs right away! When I give birth to Elijah, I was down 120 lbs. Too big for such small lady as me. I now lost 24 lbs. I am now 96 lbs, which is exactly my goal. I feel lighter once again. Salad does help a lot to loss weight. This is my secret in losing weight really fast. Aside from the fact, that I do threadmill every once in a while, eating healthy is very important too. Wanna loss weight? Start eating greens than fatty food.
