It's all worth it..
Finally! My hard-work has been paid off. Look at those growing eggplants! Aren't those pretty? LOL! They are getting bigger and bigger everyday. In few more weeks, they are ready to harvest and oh yeah, stir fry! Yummo! I can't believe how fast they have grow. I planted two of them in the same box (earthbox) last april and it's worth the wait. I can't wait to harvest some and taste it! Local grown always taste five times better than the one in the grocery store. I will also share the grown tomatoes that my hubby planted in my next entry. Weeww! I never knew that planting veggies is exciting, LOL! I am so proud of myself! I can now say that I have a "green thumb"
