No more midnight snack...

I been trying hard to lose 5 more pounds, but it's been pretty hard. Especially, when I crave for some food. As I was thinking, I came to up an idea that maybe I should stop midnight snack and see if it works. Eversince I got here in the United States, I started snacking at night... and I mean like, almost every night. Which is for me, such a bad habit! After eating dinner, that should be it and nothing else but water or milk before going bed. It's been a year now that I don't barely drink soda. Everytime we dine-out, I always order lemonade or water for drinks. I don't stock soda in my house unless I am throwing a party. My kids don't even know what soda is and what it taste like. Which is good!

After two straight nights of no midnight snack.. I loss 2 pounds! My oh my, I was so happy when I saw the "TWO" numbers on the scale instead of "Three" numbers. I used to weigh 101 lbs and I am now 99 lbs. Which is by the way, an ideal weight for petite woman like me. I only stand like 4'9 ft. and everytime I weigh more than 100 lbs. I feel so weird. I felt heavy, lousy, you name it. Maybe because, I've never been this heavy all my life. So just imagine how I felt when I had my two pregnancies.. LOL!

I am one happy lady after seeing the numbers on the scale today! My goal is to reach 96 lbs and I will be size 1 again! Right now, I am like size 2.. Everything is going great for me. Hopefully, I'll reach my ideal weight before summer come! And oh yeah, NO MORE MIDNIGHT SNACK for me.
